Every since I was a kid, I have struggled with weight loss. Just like some other people's posts, I'm always a good 20 lbs above where I'd like to be, and since I have been out of work for the past five months, it's just gotten worse. I smoke all the time and while I have almost no appetite during the day, when I get blitzed at night I go nuts (I get baked during the day too

, but "really" smoke at night. May day is already about 1pm-3am, which is the main reason, and is unhealthy enough. Anyway, to the point.... when I get the munchies, I just can't stop eating. I eat dinner....then I want a snack, then another. I don't always eat horrible things....my biggest food favorite while high is cereal.....but anything eaten that late at night (or early in the morning

) is going to be bad.
I desperately need to loose weight right now, but I think the munchies are killing me. Any advice on how to deal with this would be greatly appreciated.
