you know what you should do? well, eating before is a great option. another thing is eating something with protein.. while veggies and cereal are healthy and all, they dont really take your hunger away. you'll be hungry in a sec.

this is following the glycemic index. some things take your hunger away better. this is the explanation for fat america, i mean, there is no country with more info on the topic or more FAT FREE products. thing is, people are always hungry, so at a meal have something healthy like vegetables and also some protein let it be milk or whatever, so it takes your hunger awaay

munchies are a problem for me too.. i've wolfed down lots of shit but it dont happen to often when i try to stop it
