Try drinking more water, it'll fill you up. Keep carrots and single-serving applesauce handy for when you get the mad munchos, they're good for you and fill you up fast.

Try walking for about 45 minutes a few times a week, it'll help you burn more calories. The walking may also make you fall asleep faster, without smoking and munching before bed.
