I don't know if it would work, but these are my common sense Theories on it. First you get whole milk. THC is fat soluable, right. Then second find out the heat temp you'll need to take it too. Theoretically is would be about the same as butter since they are only in the same. However butter is fattier, so maybe cream would work too. I do think that the seed tea bag and some stems too would work, maybe not as well as the bud however. If you use seed make sure they are split or use some sand paper to get a fresh surface.
Now this is all things that I would think would work logically, but perhaps the physical laws will prevent it. So do what you canand BREAK THE LAW
