Should I quit smoking pot?

well, i recently finished my first semister of university, and it was a bummer. I failed 2 out of 5 of my courses, and didn't get higher than a 65% on the other 3.

If I am going to get my B. Comm. in the 5 years it normaly takes, I am gonna have to work my ass of this semister, the summer AND next semister just to stay in the faculty and on track.

My problem? I was lazy and stupid. instead of going to classes, i'd stay at home and get high, then go into campus, go to one class, then stay outside and play footbag untill i went home. then i'd go home, get more pot and more booze and get drunk, pass out, and start up the whole cycle again.

I got nothing done for 2 and a half months of the semister, living this way. i was going into my exams with a 14.3% average it was only because i shut myself into my house and studied everyday for 2 weeks that I managed to pass 3 of those courses.

So, i was thinking, perhaps i should quit smoking pot until this semister is over. I mean, i spent so much time and money on it last semister....

But that isn't my main reason for stopping smoking pot, that is just what plays on my mind sometimes. the main reason is the money. I spend alot of money on pot. FAR too much.

Besides growing my own (i've already investigated), what can i do to budget how much i smoke? should i put away a little bit every week and buy so much. Or maybe I should buy alot at the begining of a week and use it over the week?

I really love smoking pot. I mean, i love it like i'm married to it (no, it's not an unhealthy attraction). and i want to continue smoking it. i beleive there is a way that i can smoke pot in a responsible manner and do very well inschool.

any ideas?
