i think i will try the 2 weeks on, 2 off.
first i am not touching anything for a few weeks, 3-4. then i'll decide on when or if i want to start it up again.
i've been a daily smoker for a little over 3 years and i'[ve been smoking it since i was 12 or 13.
this will be the first time in a long time that i won't be smokeing.
