You're good

. Yeah, she just doesn't know... she hasn't had the experience of WITNESSing how nourishing the healthy food is for her body. She wont believe you just because you tell her how good it is for her, she likes the chocolate (who could blame her). I try to go for the healthy food that TASTES GOOD... some kids really like grapes and strawberries and apples and bananas.... and some like spinach (i've strange kids) and carrots and broccoli with cheese but the healthy food can be catered to ones liking and the chocolate as a treat occassionally never hurt anyone

.
"Dr., it hurts when I do this... what should I do?"
"Don't do that!"
