All forms of music have good and bad elements, its up to people to decide what they like and dislike, but because you dislike summat doesnt give you the right to tell people who do that their music is basic and crappy, that is very insulting to people who take it seriously.

I already said I like a lot of electronica I'm just not blind to how easy it is to make it.

Haha, I love this kind of response. "Well if it's so easy why aren't you doing it? blah blah" In case you couldn't tell from my replies in this thread -- ELECTRONICA BORES ME. I have absolutely no interest in throwing samples together.
Funny thing is, if you give most skilled guitarists a couple days with fruityloops, they'll probably be able to create better music than someone who doesn't know how to play the guitar or any other complex instrument.

Wrong. Many bands are still experimenting with original guitar compositions using off-notes and such. Opeth comes to mind.
