well like gov said there really is no difference. we havent progressed at all. we are just more comfortable. oh and we are finally losing religion but that is long overdue. i guess thats a plus. but all this internet tv radio car stuff are just tools to aid in the spread of ideas from person to person which is what life is really all about.
i guess you could say that the world is smaller, ideas move faster, etc. this leads to the loss of negative beliefs like religion, prohobition, prejudice, etc but can create beliefs just as bad in its place. (atheism?)
The voice of the people can be heard much better when it comes to government. the corrupt policies that gov'ts have been running for thousands of years are going to change with this influx of information and ideas.
the world is a much
different place, thats my final conclusion. not better or worse just different. but once we as a race start to figure out what life and reality is all about things will get much better. right now we are in the dark.
