Aborted Gods
Men shall make out of the darkness
light - to discover.
Men shall make out of light
shadows - to cover.
And over the entropy of space and nature
structure.
You see,
animals go about their business of living
yet man aspires to be perfect-
a god.
A god to rule over the domain of space.
A diety to rule over the animals
both nonhuman and human.
And finally,
a master over his own life.
Some time ago we forgot we were animals.
Instead
we started to believe we were aborted gods.
