Basically the mesage is that it is foolish and pointless to try to fix all the problems in the world by political or violent means; no matter how well intentioned, trying to do so will only add to the troubles and strife of the world.

It is better to not participate in the evils of the babylon system, either by way of embracing and conforming to the state or by way of rejection/revolution
