Daniel, a question, one brilliant piece of information I have heard in the past, that when they are flowering, adding a red light is helpful. Are they talking the colored lights we partied with in college, or something else. I think I may have a red bulb around here, somewhere with my black light... ahhh the days of youth.

We are looking at a chemistry set for the big guy, we're going to check out bug guts, he's informed me. ;( I think I'm going to puke!)

A huge hug in return hun,, I was thinking of your lighting when I saw it and how it might affect your outlook. My garden at present is all fluorescent,
all of it.
Yes, I have an HID, but I wanted to do this run from start to finish with "Shop Lights" on the table, and "CFL"s in the box.
Almost the same as yours. You've seen my buds,, yours will do fine.
As for "red" lights? I think it's about the "spectrum" of light.
Is it a "warm" light, does it have a yellowish/gold /reddish cast to the light?
Or is it what the manufacturers call "cool white"?
I use a mix of the two, alternating them for balance,
it's really not needed, I just do. It'll work out anyways.

Bug guts huh? Boys will be boys
Use the microscope to check out the plant tissue later in flower for timing of the harvest, when it comes to that time, remind us, ok?
