yep, it comes down to oppressive governments, your right. But no one asks just why we have these oppressive governments in the first place. the answer being of course, good ole uncle same gave them all weapons. guess that route of thinking isnt too popular nowadays. prolly isnt going to be until the shit hits the fan either. We like to forget about these things until those governments get a little cocky and stop using our weapons to silence the people/give us cheap resources. the good news is that in my opinion many governments worldwide are acknolwedging this problem and taking steps to fix it. the united states, as the primary aggressor, will naturally fade into the background as the world starts to become one big community. its exciting times we live in

couple this with the discovery that religion is all in our heads and i see alot of victim/perpetrator behavior disappearing, and soon.
