really if you saw me you would say the same thing. it's called off shore bank accounts and foreign realestate. i own 2 houses and 2 apartments houses in 3 different countries.
you have a lot to learn about black market profits and canadian law. he looks poor cuz if he looked rich he would be in jail. his cash is off shore.
