. The M39 I get is never leafy. The buds are usually really hard, light green, full of crystals, dry, and tiny little stems at the base of the bud.
Some m39 is better than others. Im sure there is shitty M39 around. If the bud is raelly leafy, that means it wasn't manicured very well. I don't mind leafy weed, as long as there is crystally bud underneath. It all depends on how its grown. I get my bud from the same guy all the time.
I know M39 is not the best, because I've had much better. It's decent, average weed and very cheap so I have no complaints. 150/O.
