dude, your PAYING for university right (unless you got a complete scholarship, which is unlikely)? Why the fuck would you pay and then not go? And it's not like high school where you can slack off and get high all the time and just kinda breeze through and roll with the rest of the class. In university you gotta actually know all this shit and everything.
Personally, I wouldn't quit altogether. Limit to weekends and once in a while after all your classes when you don't have much studying to do (which is probably almost never!)
I had similiar problems in high school because I'd get high before school everyday then not feel like going or leaving the house. I became almost an isolated hermit at one time (which is quite different from your situation). In the end I got Virtual School on the internet and that was good for me because there were no duedates or timelines. I know thats not an option for you though, and I don't know what I'm gonna do when I want to go to university or college. But best luck man,
