I always make those quick brownie mix ones. The ones that use about 1/2 oil and not butter. I grind up the bud really well and toss them into about 3/4 cup of olive oil. I cook it on low heat until very tiny bubbles appear and leave it at that for a good 20-30 minutes or until it turns dark brown. I then use cheesecloth to filter out the plant material. Should have about of 1/2 cup of pot oil from that and just cook the brownies like the recipe requires.
make sure if you use hot oil to NOT use any plastic bowls as they will melt.
I work it out to about 2 grams per brownie.
