I totally agree...the power women have in proclaiming such things is not to be underestimated at this age. My ex told me she was late the day I broke up with her...left me shittin' bricks until she called and told me she got it later that night...phew! (In retrospect, I had a feeling she was just saying it because I was breaking up with her..)
In any case nikk, he did not deserve the BS you put him through. He fully admitted to you what he did because he knew hearing it somewhere else would be A LOT worse. More importantly, you were cheating too! (And from what I've read, you didn't tell him).
