there is no such thing as a perscription
the way the law works, here in oregon, a doctor signs an application that proves you've been diagnosed with one of the qualifying conditions. the doctor is merely saying you have one of the conditions. i have epilepsy, 60 percent of the cards in oregon are for chronic pain. its safer than asprin and as long as you use a vaporizer its totally safe. over 12000 people in oregonhave cards and over 1200 doctors have signed cards.
