Confirmed.
The urine of a meat eater always acts as a "warning sign" for plant eaters. So unless yer a vegetarian, pissing on nearby trees & bushes (your dog, too) every time you visit will discourage plant eaters from visiting.
And so what if you (or your dog) piss on yer weed once or twice a month? (unless yer on some funky meds that come out in yer urine) As long as you dont piss on it every day, it ain't gonna hurt it in the long run. Buds generally form above casual pissing level outdoors. And urea nitrate (in urine) is used as a fertilizer.
The only thing I can think of that will seek out human/dog odors in the wild are stray dogs. And human acclimitized bears & racoons, but they dont (usually or intentionally) detsroy crops. Everything else shys away from man.
