When I lived in the dorm, I would use a shitty light-bulb vape.
It worked pretty well, actually (as in, I got pretty damn high from small amounts of bud) and as an added benefit it really cut down on the smell. The small amounts of vapor I exhaled smelled more like popcorn than weed. However, smoking out of a lightbulb is never very appealing. Basically, what I'm saying is, buy a vaporizor
