My dad just had a freaaaakin horrible bout with them stones. He was always layin upside down, drinkin pomegranate juice and taking showers with a special shower head on that built up the pressure and was meant to massage the kidney area.
He said some of the natural things worked, but he wasn't stone free til he got this ultrasonic sound wave treatment. He was outta action for almost a month because it left him bruised up like a mofo, but he's good now.
