I also couldn't find the V05 aloe shampoo at the store, actually the only aloe shampoo i found was "sunsilk captivating curls" defrizz shampoo. It did have the key ingredient, Aloe Barbadensis Extract in it, so i expect it to work anyway.

I'm going to do it once more, and then use the detox shampoo, then do the conditioner tomorrow. Then I'll send a hair sample to quest diagnostics, and I'll let you all know how it turned out. This will give me some piece of mind (or if i don't pass, depress me royally) before it comes time to take the real test for my employer.

That's a minor detail I neglected to mention; you will see bubbling when mixed together; this doesn't affect the effectivness of the method. Expect to see it fizzle and bubble when mixed.

So far so good M8!

Edit: The aloe extract will most likely be better since it is pure extract of aloe vera and thus doesn't have other perservatives in it such as aloe shampoo; so that is even better.

And I say, “Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.” And he says, “Oh, uh, there won’t be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.” So I got that goin’ for me, which is nice.
