I wouldn't rule it out. I've said it many times before in this forum, I love the physiological sensations my tongue produces.
If there was a guarantee I wasn't going down on herpes or some other vile bacterial/virul infection, if it didn't smell terrible and I was getting good oral, too, then I see no reason I wouldn't.
Fairly tall order, that one is, though.
