I have been lurking for several months, primarily because I hold a professional license and do not want it jeopardized. I am not a drug user, but am in favor of legalizing medical marijuana. The reason that I decided to register and post is to say that I commend all of you for your willingness to help each other get through the hair testing process. I realize that drug testing creates a very stressful situation for most people. IMO, hair tests for drug use long ago should not be permitted on the whim of an employer/potential employer, but I didn't get a vote. I truly am happy that those who have remained with the thread have passed your tests, and hope you remain on the forum and continue to help each other. I hope those who have tried various methods and did not post the results will return to do so. I especially commend ldavisa (who seems AWOL lately) for his individual responses and the personal encouragement he has given to so many forum users. I can see that he has freely given many hours of his time helping others, and this willingness to help strangers with their problems is a rare virtue in 2008. Before I return to the shadows, I send heartfelt best wishes to all of you.
