why must spirit be non-physical? i consider spirit to be beyond physical, as i consider it to be beyond time. but, being an aspect of spirit in some sense i can probably never fully fathom, i can't consider it
non-physical or
non-temporal.
so with that in mind perhaps a spiritual element consists in all matter awaiting manifestation, or at least manifestation we can easily recognize. and that might be the whole issue. our definition of "life" and the connotations we attach to "spiritual" might be smothering our recognition of it. i mean really, what's gravitation if not a physical manifestation of spiritual connection?
