Yes. They are random tests as requested by attorneys. I am in this situation since I am an addict and have done all the things that go along with that. I've been in recovery for 3 years with a five month relapse in the first year, and the latest lasting about 6 weeks. I'd like to say I'm going to stay clean forever. There's that peculiar twist in thinking though once one crosses the line into addiction.... almost like gravity. I've proven that in the absence of following a recovery plan daily I'll spiral towards my own demise. You'd think my knowing this, and the possible consequences I face would be enough, but it isn't. Toying with the chemicals in my brain truly have had permanent lasting effects.

But the good news is that there's daily things I can do that pretty much keep me clean and happy. Frying my head with chemicals and living in fear and embarressment remind me how important it is to do those things. I probably needed this. I'm back in NA with a new sponsor working on steps again. How sweet the freedom is.

Oh yeah, I trimmed my eyebrows too.
