The law goes into effect Dec 4. Then, the Department of Health creates the guidelines ( NOT the lawmakers and other troublesome rabble! ). And yeah, I think anyone on any form of government medical plans is going to have a tough time getting a "recommendation" , because the doctors don't want to risk that cash flow. You know, I'm pretty sure there isn't a line in the Hippocratic Oath that says "CMOA, even if the patient needs or could use it." !
