My state just voted to decrim possession up to a Z (Question 2 was approved overwhelmingly). The legislature could override the citizens wishes come Jan, but it doesn't look like they are going to be stupid about this issue.
How are other states doing on marijuana laws? I thought we were really progressing? At least in all but the fly-over hillbilly states which are ass-backwards with outdated laws and beliefs anyways.
