As far as the History....In the fall of 85-86 (me and my brother always argue the year we both agree it was Oct when he got it though) my brother was doing a lil west coast trip and mainly hanging out in Northern Cali and Oregon.....He stopped at a state park somewhere amongst the redwoods to take a leak and catch a few winks of sleep....He hooked up with a few old heads who were smokin in the woods and they were puffin this Blueberry....He asked them if he could buy a sack or a nug cause it was so flavorful and just ripped him to the core.....The fella was like "sorry bro, dont got any bud but I do have some clones I'm takin to a friend , I'll sell ya a couple of those....So my brother bought 3 rooted clones for 50 bucks way back then.....when I turned 18 (around 1990) i had my own place above the store I worked for (my boss was about 4 yrs older than me) and my bro came over one day and setup a 1000w HPS and 10 blueberry cuts an said to get at it...and not to kill it....the rest is history.....we call her Ol'Blue just cause shes so old....it was bought as the Oregon Blueberry.....

I've had my moments when I have been tired of her but overall if I was to only have ONE strain ..it'd be her.....

Characteristics....H uge yeilder, Non herming under any circumstance , pest resistent, 65 day flower time....Smells more than any other strain I have ever grown, this strain MAKES you learn to cover smell.....Flavor does not have the "sweet fruity" blueberry like many of todays blues insted its Rich and velvety Deep Dank Skunky Blueberrycreamyness and it reeks....and the High is Afghani in all its glory, lifts ya a lil makes ya feel better about everything , then it smothers ya in a blanket of foggieness......I have had about 20 people over the last few yrs say..."I've had a few Blueberrry's, but nothing that taste like that nor had that hevy of a high..."......

Huge pollen sacks (that drop tsp sized loads of pollen), very vigorus growth with no stress, nicely spaced nodes, great stem thickness, actual visible crystals, and the strongest FUNK of any plant in veg I have had....smells stronger than my Maple Leaf more like MapleLeaf and 18 wheeler filled with dead skunks....

And of course my love of Somas genetics only make me want to spread them around more....and what better way than crossing him(BS) with all my specialy selected ladies ......creating a new line of super hybrids...LOL.....
