^^^Exactly. Ovens,fridges, furnaces, hot water heaters, all have a signature. A small grow could be hid by using one of these for cover. If you insulate well and/or get rid of the heat through dispersement. you will have no problems. I have also heard that satellite story, it sounds a little far fetched that your average grower would have to worry about that. I would think it would be VERY costly to access, and then there is that reasonable right to privacy issue. I also read an article in NatGeo about a gentleman who fought and won a drug charge that was based on evidence obtained through infrared means. Just remember, if you have the money, you can get out of almost anything. Just ask OJ!! When I was going large scale, we ALWAYS set aside about $10,000 for legal expenses if the shit hit the fan.
