I use this in every mix I make, not this brand or style but Mycorrhizal products from Myke.
I ran some plants back in the day... Rombolt if I am not mistaken* and the plants with this gave me better yields than the other by a noticable degree.
And really, anything that is good for the little roots burrowing in the soil is good for me
*and I easily could be hence the grow logs
