somebody elsewhere mentioned that they were just getting intermittent pictures with mostly blackness when trying to watch in hd, if that happens with you, try this vimeo link:

when you hover the mouse over the video there should be a box in the upper right that says "hd on/off"
if you are able to use it, i once again suggest the hd mode
