Besides changing them out, IDK Batteries are a mystery to me. When they're new they're awsome, but if you kill one by leaving your lights on or something usually if fairly new they'll be okay. If it's approaching the end months of the battery I'd go ahead and replace. i've also heard to never store them on the ground because they "ground" out.
And clean the connections, a few times I was able to clean the connections and get a start.
I lived in Golden, Co for a couple of years and both winters I had to buy batteries??? I think it was some other problem pulling a current on them something. Never did figure that one out.
