I'm heading over to Vancouver in a couple weeks. I saw the MTV special on weed, and it made Vancouver look like a North American Amsterdam. Is it really easy to get bud in "cafes" and headshops? Do cafes really exist there ? Can i buy Weed in shops? Can you tell how stoned I am? For those w/info, please reply!
