If you have a big property you can 'feed' the discarded root balls to a nearby bush. I knew someone who would toss 'em to his raspberry bush, and it would happily gobble upthe leftover ferts.

I have a big property now, I thik I have rasperries too

So I can do this. Before I'd usually do a mission to a school or restaurant dumpster.
