The Higher Realm
A place so clear it lives within me throughout the day.
I struggle to stay present; knowing the veil thins.
Duality offers perspective and peace.
I draw me close and ignite senses centuries forgotten.
I am aware yet separate, isolated without want or need.
The waters smooth and the warm rays envelope me.
I float, stopping to revisit whatever scene arouses my curiosity.
A new perception seen through familiar eyes
The laughter of the goddess soothes me
She has been here waiting all along, dancing in the moonlight.
