I didn't stare at the photo deeply, i just did the standard 4, head, tail, fins, jaw.. Noticed a massive difference between the hen rainbow and the brooks.
If you catch a salmon here right now it will look nigh identical to that, as being the end of January, is right in the middle of their spawning run, and they'll have the hunched backs, which is a pretty unusual occurrence in trout, I don't have experience with Brook, but Cannibal Brown's (google em) tend to develop them over throughout their life, anyhow i digress, salmon and trout are literally just brothers from another mother, plus being accused of catching salmon is hardly an insult to 99% of Anglers, and they're all sweet looking fish.
edit: We have this on some lame tea towel here, tell me they're not similar to spawning chinooks?
