Blieden needs no introduction as a proud DEAth worrier. Lies to tack the RAVE Ax onto the Amber alert after it failed 3 times. It failed because every time they tested X they couldn't get nothing to die and match the bogus propaganda commercials of the grieving family. Twice the DEA sent the University meth and then recalled the test results, after they were published and after the RAVE Ax passed. Glow stick bans didn't work any better than outlawing bottled water. Burning books or smashing cd's like Nazi's. Blieden coined the term Drug Czar, a misnomer or even oxymoron, like Rush, oh no he's a moron on oxy. some drugs mostly plants czar maybe.

Marijuana Drug Czar Distorts Report

Say No Way To Drugs and Terrorism Law
Senators drafted a "drugs and terrorism" bill that could treat many non-violent drug offenders as terrorists and strip away civil liberties from every American. Unless you tell your Senators "No way!" it could be introduced soon.

The Rave Act stops NORML benefit concert
Well, you may or have not heard by now but the Rave Act has hit very close to home. On the 30th of May the Billings chapter of Montana NORML/SSDP had organized a highly publicized and expensive benefit concert featuring a number of local acts, the proceeds from which would have gone to help the medical marijuana campaign in Montana in 2004. Unfortunately, not only did my probation officer arrest me the day before, but the DEA came and shut things down the day of. The reason being of course that due to the RAVE Act anyone caught on the premisis with marijuana would automatically subjects our generous venue to a fine of $250,000.

Have you ever wanted to dance for a good cause? Here's your chance. On Saturday, May 31, protest gatherings will be held in cities across the country to call for repeal of the RAVE Act.

When Holding a Party Is a Crime

The RAVE Act Has Landed

The RAVE Act, authored by Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE), was intended to target the electronic music shows, called raves, which are known for open use of the drug ecstasy, by making it a crime for the owner of a venue to knowingly host an event where illegal drugs are used. Opponents of the law, fearing that it would be used to infringe on the free speech of groups advocating drug law reform, were able to block it in Congress last year. But Biden attached it as an amendment to the popular Amber Alert bill passed in May.

MEDICAL MARIJUANA RAID RAISES QUESTION: WHAT'S OBAMA POLICY?
"I think the basic concept of using medical marijuana for the same purposes and with the same controls as other drugs prescribed by doctors ( is ) entirely appropriate," Obama told Oregon's Mail Tribune newspaper in March. "I'm not going to be using Justice Department resources to try to circumvent state laws on this issue."

Leonhart, a week before Bush left office, likewise took a hard line in issuing a 118-page decision rejecting a DEA administrative law judge's recommendation to allow a University of Massachusetts researcher to grow higher-quality medicinal marijuana. The American Civil Liberties Union and medical marijuana proponents hope this last-minute rejection, coming two years after the judge issued a positive recommendation, is put on hold until Obama's team is fully in place.

Once-Secret Nixon Tapes Show Why the U.S. Outlawed Pot

"I want a Goddamn strong statement on marijuana, I mean one that just tears the ass out of them. You know, it's a funny thing, every one of the bastards that are out for legalizing marijuana is Jewish."

"You have to face the fact that the whole problem is really the blacks. The key is to devise a system that recognizes this all while not appearing to."

ONDCP: Obama Appoints Edward Jurith Acting Drug Czar

Acting Drug Czar Update
...many in the drug policy reform community like to think that the raid on a medical marijuana facility in California just after the inauguration was a last vestige of the Bush administration, but Jurith had already been appointed acting director of the ONDCP on the 20th of January so there is every reason to believe that the raid was actually sanctioned by the Obama administration.

Backed up by a soothsayer physician/talking head on CNN spreading more gossip than truth. Who's left that ain't Bush/Klintoon? Obama? There is always hope but its so simple, Nixon lied and we have no morals or integrity serving a lie for 40 years on top of another liars racist hype to Congress in 1937. Ganja does not qualify as a schedule#1 narcotic. If you bastardize the science and the measurements and integrity of what defines drugs. We could end up with a Bush Metric system where 11 inches make a foot when necessary to save or 13 when selling. If we the sheople prefer letting Obama dictate our lives, I'm more than sure he will not object.

It ain't easy being sane in a reefer mad asylum, run by the insane. Czars lips move but I cant believe what he's sayin. Now I got that feeling once again. I cant explain, you would not understand. This is how it is. They have become comfortably numb.

Booze prohibition hurt the corporate paraphernalia industry not required growing a plant in your kitchen. Had to repeal it. Think of the message to the kids.
