that chikas accent is the greatest! my stupid grandmother was talking about this earlier and how she saying phelps should be punished cuz hes "setting a bad example for kids and they need to know doing something bad will get them in trouble" im just thinking that it isnt phelps job to teach americas youth what to do and what not to do. its their dumbass parents job and they would rather sit around and point fingers at celebs doing drugs and movies and games and say thats why thier kids are little assholes....idk just a rant
