Day 19 - The 1st step to me making positive changes, which is hard, was to quit weed, which was easy because of my motivation to want to move forward. Yeah, if you use weed or alcohol a lot (I think most drugs) you won't have REM sleep as much(dream). Once you stop dreams come back.
