No. He is on SSI and section 8 housing, and uses a good portion of that money to buy weed. Even if he can't work, he has no right to spend taxpayer dollars on it when there are people who really need the money for food/clothing. I'm not much better, but used money from my parents and I have a desire to become independent; he has no desire to work at all. He also gets money from his parents who are reasonably well off.
