Opinions on Acoustic/Electric Basses...........

For the bass players out there. I'm looking to buy a nice solid acoustic/electric. Currently this is what I'm looking at: http://www.music123.com/Michael-Kell...47709.Music123 . However this might be alittle on the up scale side of what I need.

What I really need to know is there any one with input on a guitar they have already?

I've been playing for 9 years now, so I'm not too shy on buying something nice. I've seen $150 that I don't really think are suitable at all, and I've seen $2200 Martins, which are way over the top. Which is why I think this $600ish dollar one fits my needs over all. Cost and reliablity. But am curious to hear others experiances.

Right now I have a lefthanded 2001 Fender Jazz Bass and a Hartke 60 Watt combo amp with one 10" speaker, if anyone is interested. Also what would you all pay for that indiviually? They are both in great condition and haven't been played hard or treated badly.....Also, no lefthanded jokes, just answer the question, because in Vancouver ever 3rd person is lefthanded that I meet and is a musician.

Thanks
