Replaced the saddle with a Cloud-9 Suspension Comfort saddle
New stem to make it more adjustable
Replaced the gear shift with Shimano index shifters and Shimano derailleurs
Replaced the stock plastic peddles with metal BMX peddles for width and strength
Got a cheap computer to track my millage and speed
Still not been able to ride it
