The controls are pretty much the exact same as the super nintendo with the addition of the trigger button attacks.

Don't get me wrong it was fun to play some prettier looking street fighter, but they really haven't added anything to the game as far as i can tell(only played versus). Its basically the same as the oldschool streetfighter, which is a classic in my mind, with just amped up graphics and new special attacks. Personally i would rather play any of the original SNES titles if i was interested in more of this type of fighting game.

My brother just rented it, it was fun to play for a night, but i don't see either of us buying it anytime soon. Every now and then we do bust out the old snes or our modded wii for playing the snes versions, which in my opinion are still king of the street fighter series.
I don't know man, I gotta disagree with you when you say that it's the exact same as the oldschool street fighter, just with better graphics. I mean, the controls may be pretty much the same as the old ones, but it definitely has a wayy different "feel" to it, it feels like a whole new game, which is a good thing. To me, it's a big improvement compared to the older street fighter games, and it actually has gotten way better ratings than all the others. They added new characters, new moves, new levels, new game types, new boss, not to mention the awesome graphics and online play.
