.....right, I know. We both don't believe God is in the old and new testament.
What I'm asking is that if you look at the God presented in the Old and New Testament (a God I don't believe to be the 'real' God), he seems to have grown up. He was an asshole in the old testament, and he was still a jerk, but less so, in the New Testament.
That was my point in my original post.
