if there was more diversity represented in norml ads, would norml be a better means of ending the drug war? it seems to me that the organization is doing little to change anything, regardless of norml's skin color

There was a time I may have thought similar thoughts BUT my experience and those of other blacks I talk to say OTHERWISE. NORML has a glass ceiling and it's policies and chooses of who it helps or what issues it supports shows because of it's lackj of inclusion.
