As for the pyramids, historical records suggest that the great pyramid took roughly 20 years to build, but given the sheer number of stones mathematically they would had to mine, cut, and place a stone every nine minutes.
That's a pretty incredulous feat, which suggests that either they had some knowledge/intervention we cannot currently duplicate, or at the very least it took skilled workers, not slaves, to create the world wonder. Slaves building the pyramids is becoming more myth than fact nowadays anyway.
Egyptian lightbulbs are depicted on the second book cover, and were have thought to existed because there is no smoke residue on the ceilings of even the deepest parts of the pyramid, and mirror lights couldn't reach that far in either. Yet somehow they were still able to cut and write along the walls.
