I'd be not telling the whole truth if I didn't say Buddhism has had a profound effect on my means of practicing and considering my spiritual path. The forests and outdoors are my temple, I'd say I have some pagan tendencies, which blends with the Profound Connection I feel, which is express in the Upanishads and other Indian philosophy of non-attachment to the world and True Existence, which I live as I said through Love and Kindness for my Universal Family. Hurting/Helping one person can set off the chain of dominoes that can change lives for good or bad. It's not always apparent right away which is which, but I always act with my understanding of Ahimasa or harming none, as best I can.
"God" "Spirit" "Oneness" "Dharma" to me is like ice to the Inuit, it's everywhere and there are not words for it. To not have 'God' in the verb sense, that is Co/Creatation to me would be like a world up north without ice. It's just there, a non-issue as it were. Pin pointing it to me is fruitless vs acting on that 'Beingness' in the present moment.
The important part for me is the fact we are all banded together with the same elements of the interdependent web of existance that is the world we live. Eveything is relative to everything else. So it's just as full or empty as the thing next to it.
