I've seen to have either crossed a line or found my way across the bridge again.

Anyways,

House Bill 2514, the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act, and its companion bill, Senate Bill 1381, is not of an economic nature. On Wednesday, March 25, the Senate Public Health Committee voted 6-3 in favor of SB 1381. The measure is now likely to go before the full senate. These are medical issues. If one or the other not pass, blame the state, blame the State, not the Presidents and his ideas concerning the economy. Illinois has it's right to make it's own laws and govern themselves.
